Alright, so along the same line as last week's episode and finding things that bring you joy – This week’s episode is going to be about Happiness! More specifically, How to Create Happiness - Even when it feels like the weight of the world is resting on your shoulders.
I thought I’d share with you a few of my favorite Happiness Makers that I
follow and some of their theories on life and how to create happiness
everywhere you go, even when you don’t feel it sometimes.
In this week's episode, I share with you thoughts from Happiness Makers Jenna Kutcher, Brendon Burchard, Mel Robbins, and me!
In researching for this episode, I realized there is a common theme among all of the above. It's not that they haven't had their share of struggles because they most certainly have. It's not that they are perfect because they most certainly are not.
But, it’s the choice to choose happiness above all else and stick with it that made all the difference for them.
Now, We always have a choice to choose happiness. Sometimes that choice isn't so clear-cut and it begins to divide and conquer the obstacles - but we can still choose happiness anyway despite our circumstances.
